Terms of Service

Template version — pending legal review

Template notice: this document is a template only. It must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified legal professional before commercial launch.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the TradeHarbour website and to any demonstration, pilot or service arrangement discussed through it. A separate written agreement will govern any paid service.

2. The service

TradeHarbour provides an AI receptionist that can answer calls, collect caller details, qualify enquiries, identify urgent matters, book appointments into supported calendars, transfer calls and send summaries. Functionality depends on the configuration agreed with each business, the telephone provider involved and the integrations available.

The receptionist is an automated virtual assistant. It is not a human employee and should not be presented as one.

3. No guarantee of results

Any figures, calculators or examples on this website are illustrative only. TradeHarbour does not guarantee a specific number of answered calls, booked appointments, jobs won or financial return.

4. Demonstrations and pilots

Demonstrations are arranged individually. Eligibility for a pilot is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is subject to onboarding capacity. Pilot terms, duration and any associated cost will be confirmed in writing before the pilot begins. No payment is taken through this website.

5. Pricing

The Founding Partner package shown on this website is a one-time £99 setup fee plus £199 per month, including 300 call minutes per monthly billing period. Additional usage is charged at £0.25 per minute. The service is monthly rolling with no long-term contract, and the £199 price is locked for the first six months of continuous service. The setup fee becomes non-refundable once configuration work has started. Final functionality and charges depend on your telephone provider, calendar, required languages and integrations, and will be confirmed before setup begins.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you supply, for informing your customers where calls are recorded or transcribed, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business and its customer communications.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect transcription or perfect translation. To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of this website is excluded, and liability under any service agreement will be set out in that agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
