How call minutes work
Minutes are counted on connected call time only, rounded per call. A typical qualified enquiry runs one to three minutes, so 300 minutes usually covers well over a hundred calls a month. If you go over, you are only ever charged the £0.25 per-minute rate — there is no penalty tier.
